New Stable Block and Outdoor Education facility and community facility, the development entailed the provision of a new extensive stable block andplo outdoor education department along with workshops, storage areas, teaching areas, changing and shower areas for both staff and pupils.

The design philosophy was to use low or reduced carbon technologies for systems, and included solar hot water and air source heat pumps, other services included:

• Main heating systems and associated main plant, automatic controls along with mechanical ventilation systems as required.

Electrical services include:

• Main Electrical switchgear

• sub-main cables

• sub-distribution boards

• small power

• structured cabling

• lighting and emergency lighting

• fire alarm and period bell systems

• security and CCTV systems (internal and external)

• external lighting

• New domestic water services pipework and distribution systems with solar hot water heating.
