WGM Consulting Engineers provided full advice and design of all mechanical and electrical services for the proposed alteration and extension to existing residential building, Ardoch Farm. WGM Consulting Engineers delivered design drawings and technical information, advice and assistance on the selection/choice of alternative and renewable energy options.
As part of our design & the subsequent construction, the following sustainable technologies were installed:

Rainwater recovery for toilet flushing
Our duties included attending relevant design team meetings as required throughout the whole project. Liaising with statutory utility companies and obtaining quotations for connections to service the site.
The project provided a new extension to an existing Farm Building and the associated interconnections between two out buildings. The main accommodation areas generally consisted of 10 bedroom suites, commercial size Kitchen with Dining area, Drawing Room, Meeting Room, Foyer Area, Toilets, Stores, Drying Room, Games Room, Reception, Sitting Room, Office, Changing Room, Hall, Internal Bar, Quiet Room, etc.
