Our policy is to place all project work under the control of a Project Director with a Senior Engineer briefed and available to provide technical or management advice when required.

Assisting the Project Director will be a Project Co-ordinator who will have day-to-day responsibility for the engineering design and management of the Company’s input to the design process.

The Project Co-ordinator’s duties are to identify the Client’s requirements and to plan, implement and co-ordinate resources and actions.

All Directors and Staff work under the umbrella of this management system.
