  • Chris O’Reilly - Managing Director

    With 25 years of experience within building services, there is no candidate more suited than Chris to lead a design practice in this day and age. Having embraced all aspects of building services design, Chris has also undertaken project management and quantity surveying duties – skills which have been passed on throughout the business to ensure that the Practice is awash with diverse expertise.

    Chris has brought WGM Consulting Engineers into the forefront of design, keeping appraised in all aspects of the business whilst allowing individual members to apply their own judgement in specific projects. This working ethos has allowed the business to flourish with new and innovative ideas from all employees, making for a well-oiled engineering firm machine.

  • Eric Mitchell - Director

    With in excess of thirty-five years’ experience in building services design, Eric is fluent in building regulations, CIBSE guides and has a particular proclivity towards HTM and SHTM adherence, constantly assuring our clients within healthcare of compliant designs and installations. We argue that there is no mind more competent to ensure a scrutinised and robust healthcare installation than Eric, but don’t just take our word for it.

    Eric aides Chris in Directorate duties within the business to ensure that all top-level activities are supported by the best minds in the business.

  • Blair Forbes - Associate Director

    Having operated at the highest level in engineering design, within major firms rated on the Fortune 500 list, Blair has led projects within the UK and in the Middle East, bringing British Standards, widely considered to be the most robust and stringent in the world, to countries who are still developing their infrastructures from new-world money. Highly competent in all elements of building services design, and with in excess of thirty-five years’ experience, Blair has become a foundational pillar within our Practice. As Associate Director, Blair has been responsible for ensuring our internal company mechanisms are as fluid and efficient as they can be, regularly testing them against the standards set by worldwide firms.

  • Graeme Ogilvie - Senior Engineer

    With in excess of thirty-five years’ experience within the sector, Graeme has mastered all aspects of building services design and represents another foundational pillar within our Practice, ensuring quality designs are developed and progressed through to installation and commissioning in line with client requirements. Graeme has operated within building services design practices across the central belt of Scotland and so is optimally-positioned to consult on projects in all sectors.

  • Craig Gallacher - Senior Engineer

    With ten years’ industry experience, Craig has brought expertise from the controls industry, often regarded as a ‘mysterious art’ in the building services industry. This has been built upon by extensive consultant and contractor experience wherein sustainable design and commercial feasibility has always struck a fine balance in deciding if a project progresses to construction stage. Craig possesses a strong Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Building Services Engineering and has recently built on his academic with a Master’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, complimenting the raw experience of our other Engineers with the latest design technology approaches.

  • Fraser Easton - Electrical Engineer

    Frazer has a wealth of experience within the sector, having operated for years as a Revit Technician before taking another step to engage also in engineering projects electrically. Having recently graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Services Engineering, Frazer is a double-edged sword within our Practice, able to develop and oversee BIM coordination and compliance as well as contribute to project design and management.

  • Lewis Seath - Graduate Mechanical Engineer

    Having recently graduated from Heriot Watt University with Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Lewis has come into the industry with an eagerness to absorb the company’s expertise in building services so as to be able to apply the best practices within the industry. With a keen attitude towards renewable systems, having undertaken advanced analysis of wind turbines in his final year, this is absolutely the type of Engineer we want to represent our company going forward into the next generation.
